All the Things Package 

Our flagship package provides you with everything you need to bring your dream event to life. From full planning services to access to our extensive décor closet, we are dedicated to making your vision a reality. We will work alongside you to create a custom design proposal that matches your dream event look while also supplying all the necessary décor, signage, seating charts, website design, and more. With this package, you won't have to worry about any small detail on your wedding weekend. We'll take care of everything, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.

  • Full access to All the Things Events decor closet & wholesale supply costs

  • Create a design plan for the event, including color schemes, floral arrangements, lighting, and other decor elements

  • Source and curate decor items that match the client's vision and budget

  • Provide mockups or visual examples of the design plan for the client to approve

  • Set up and decorate the event space on the day of the event, working with other vendors as needed

  • Ensure that all decor elements are installed and arranged properly, and make adjustments as needed

  • Coordinate with the venue staff to ensure that all decor elements are in compliance with the venue's rules and regulations

  • Oversee the teardown of all decor elements after the event

  • Offer guidance and advice on decor-related topics, such as centerpiece design, table setting arrangements, and other visual elements

Some of the Things Package

For those who have already booked vendors but want someone to help finalize the details and take care of the logistical aspects on the day of the event, this package is for you. We will coordinate a ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the event, assist with décor setup, and take care of all the packing up when the night ends. Additionally, we will take over communication with your vendors about 6 weeks out and finalize your timeline with all vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

  • Arrive at the venue early to ensure vendors have arrived and are setting up correctly

  • Communicate with the vendors throughout the day to answer any questions and resolve any conflicts

  • Conduct a final review of the event details to ensure everything is in place

  • Be available to greet guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate locations

  • Monitor the event to ensure it is running smoothly and on schedule

  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise

  • Ensure that all vendors are paid according to their contracts

  • Coordinate the clean-up and tear-down of the event space once the event is over

  • Ensure that all rental equipment is returned on time and in good condition

  • Conduct a final walk-through of the event space to ensure nothing has been left behind or damaged.
