Introducing our most affordable and compact package - the Month-of/Day-of Coordination package! 

We've heard your feedback and understand that not everyone requires extensive planning and coordination assistance. However, we still believe that having an experienced coordinator by your side can greatly enhance your special day. 

This package is perfect for those who may already have a venue coordinator but would like an extra pair of hands for added security and peace of mind. Additionally, if you need someone to handle running errands on the day of the wedding, our team is here to help. 

Before your event, we will have a detailed discussion to finalize logistics and our role. On the day of your event, our professional coordinators will be available for a total of eight hours to assist you in any way you need. 

With this package, you can enjoy the benefits of an experienced and professional coordinator, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on your big day. Communication expectations are slightly different in this package, as we ask that you handle all final details with vendors one month prior to the event, except for guest count and layout adjustments, which can be provided two weeks before. 

By placing the responsibility of vendor communication on you, we are able to offer a more affordable option without compromising the quality of our services. Rest assured, all clients, regardless of package, will receive our comprehensive planning folder upon booking, providing you with essential guidance throughout the planning process. 

You will also have access to a shared Planning folder, where you can easily upload and log your information, making it seamless to transfer everything when your event approaches.

With this package, you can sit back and relax knowing that our team will take care of all the logistical aspects on the day of your event. We will coordinate a ceremony rehearsal the day before, assist with décor setup, and handle all the packing up at the end of the night. From start to finish - we've got you covered with this package.


Starting around 8 weeks in advance, we will take over your existing plans and conduct a thorough double-check. While we do require you to handle the majority of the planning, we will provide you with a questionnaire to fill out once you book our services. We will then schedule a time to review it together and discuss your vision. 
During this meeting, we will assist in creating a solid timeline, outlining tasks, and suggesting vendors within your budget and specific requirements. Rest assured, we won't leave you on your own! You can easily schedule quick check-in meetings with us using our accessible scheduling tool. 


To make the planning process even more convenient, we provide you with a shared planning folder. This dedicated workspace will allow you to conveniently store all information and easily transfer it to us.

  • Signage, Seating Charts, and Website Design: Our team will take care of designing and creating all necessary signage, seating charts, and even a dedicated wedding website. This ensures that your guests are well-informed and that every detail is taken care of. (Client is charged for materials/printing costs)

  • Monthly Check-In Meetings: We understand the importance of staying connected throughout the planning process. That's why you will have monthly check-in meetings with our team to discuss updates, progress, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Introducing our "All the Things" Decor Package! At All the Things Events, we understand the desire to create a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank or accumulating unnecessary items. That's why we offer a unique solution to help you find the perfect decorations for your special day. Our extensive decor closet is filled with a wide array of items, ranging from signage to votives and everything in between. We have carefully curated this collection through our own purchases as well as adopting decor from our previous clients. By renting items from our closet, you not only save time and money but also ensure that you have an abundance of decorations at your disposal.

When you choose our decor package, you gain exclusive access to all the items listed on our website. You can browse through our inventory and select the pieces that align with your wedding vision. Additionally, we go the extra mile by offering assistance with organizing and creating vision boards to help bring your decor plan to life. Our experienced team will guide you through the process, ensuring that you have the right quantity of items for every detail.

Please note that while the majority of items in our decor package are included, additional charges may apply for custom creations like seating charts and materials for printing. However, all pre-made signage, easels, votives, and more are yours to rent exclusively for your wedding day.
